This beautiful room, which has been furnished in a classical modern style, has comfortable seating, on sectional sofas, where up to 12 people can enjoy an evening, together with occasional tables within easy reach for that essential glass of good local wine.

With table lamps to provide atmospheric lighting, a 42″ LCD television from which 52 cable television channels can be selected, a DVD player should you wish to watch your favorite film or to catch up on the latest releases, an evening at home would, we believe, be a pleasure to share.

From this relaxing area you can also enjoy views of the lovely pool and sun deck and the valley of the Santa Maria Estate through the large patio doors which open on to a large terrace.
